Our promises, measured

We say there are no hidden fees and that the price you accept is the price you pay. This page measures it. Where we haven't enough real activity to measure something, it says so — an empty figure is more useful to you than a flattering one.

Nothing meaningful to report yet — and we would rather say so

We have not arranged enough trips to publish numbers that mean anything. Once the sample is useful, this page will show trip requests, payment completion, whether the accepted total matched at payment, and support requests raised and resolved.

What we refuse to measure by

  • No review scores until reviews come from travellers whose trip we actually arranged — and never edited, never bought, never incentivised.
  • No "customers served" number invented for marketing. The counts above are the counts.
  • No selective window. These figures cover everything since we started, not a flattering slice.
